We do not collect Aadhaar number, PAN details, bank account numbers, or demat account numbers. These remain exclusively with your SEBI-registered broker.
Your Access Token is used exclusively and only for executing orders under your active subscribed algorithm — never for data mining, account analysis, pattern tracking, or any other purpose. We cannot withdraw funds, transfer securities, or perform any action beyond automated order placement as authorised by you. The token's usage is strictly limited to the duration of your active subscription.
Your mobile number and email are used only for platform-related communications. We do not use your contact details for third-party marketing or sell them to advertisers under any circumstances.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information. Data is shared only in strictly limited circumstances:
Some of your data may be processed or stored on secure cloud infrastructure located outside India (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar global providers). Such cross-border data transfers comply with applicable Indian data protection regulations, including the DPDP Act 2023. We ensure that our infrastructure providers maintain adequate security standards equivalent to or exceeding Indian requirements. Your data is never transferred to any country that does not offer an adequate level of protection for personal data.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or sell any cookie data to any third party.
In accordance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, ATM Algo has appointed a Grievance Officer to address all user concerns regarding personal data and platform operations.

In the event of a personal data breach affecting your information, ATM Algo will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach via your registered email address. The notification will describe the nature of the breach, data affected, likely consequences, and remedial measures taken — in compliance with the DPDP Act 2023.
