Refund Policy

NOT SEBI REGISTERED: ATM Algo / ATM Indicator is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or Stock Broker. We operate solely as a technology-based educational platform. Users requiring SEBI-registered investment advisory services are advised to consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser independently before using this platform.

The Golden Rule: Refunds are only considered within 7 calendar days of payment AND only if your algorithm was never activated on any broker. Once the algo has run, or 7 days have passed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Overview & Policy Purpose

This Refund Policy governs all subscription payments made on the ATM Algo platform at atmindicator.com. By subscribing, you explicitly agree to these conditions. The subscription fee is charged for access to platform technology — not a guarantee of trading profit — and is not refundable on the basis of trading outcomes.

ATM Algo does not issue refunds on account of trading losses, unsatisfactory market performance, reduced profits, or any outcome related to financial markets. This applies strictly and without exception to all subscribers.

Refund Eligibility

  • Request within 7 calendar days of payment
  • Algorithm has NOT been activated on any broker
  • No trades executed through our platform
  • Verified duplicate payment in error
  • Verified server-side technical error (algo not activated)
✗ NO Refund Will Be Issued
  • Algorithm activated — even for 1 trade
  • Request after 7 days from payment
  • Trading losses of any kind — ever
  • Strategy underperformance
  • User misunderstanding of risk
  • Broker execution delays or API issues
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Market volatility or adverse conditions
  • Partial unused subscription period
  • Token expiry causing missed exits

The 7-Day Window — Full Conditions

Day 0 — Payment Date
Subscription payment completed. 7-day window begins immediately.
Days 1–7 — Eligible Window
Submit request via email. Algorithm must NOT have been activated on any broker.
Day 7+ — Window Closed
No refunds processed after Day 7 regardless of reason.

CRITICAL: The moment you activate the algorithm — even for a single day or trade — the 7-day window is immediately and permanently voided.

No Refund for Trading Losses — Absolute Clause

⛔ Absolute and Non-Negotiable

ATM Algo will NEVER issue a refund on the basis of trading losses, reduced market performance, or dissatisfaction with financial outcomes. Subscription fees pay for access to platform technology — not guaranteed trading results.

Technical Failure Carve-Out: If a verified technical error on ATM Algo's servers directly caused erroneous trades while you had not activated the algorithm, such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at ATM Algo's sole discretion. This carve-out does not apply to market losses, broker-side issues, or connectivity problems.

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following, without exception:

No Partial Refunds & Cancellation

No partial, pro-rated, or proportional refunds for unused subscription days. If you cancel at any point, no refund is issued for the remaining period.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We understand that payment disputes can arise. We request all users to contact us at contact@atmindicator.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute, as most genuine issues can be resolved promptly. ATM Algo will cooperate fully with payment gateway investigations and provide complete transaction documentation. Users retain their legal right to raise disputes with their payment provider; however, fraudulent or unjustified dispute claims may result in account suspension pending investigation.
